Co-founded by brothers Tom & Shawn Hoban in 1987, Coast’s property management services now expand into six Pacific Northwest states. From a main office in Everett, WA and satellite offices throughout the region, Coast manages over a billion dollars of real estate consisting of nearly 10,000 units of multifamily properties and 5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties.
